Welcomed with a glass of prosecco, spacious and comfortable room, wide variety for breakfast, amazing 6-course evening meal, friendly staff, great location for skiing and biking. Will definitely come back!
Some staff members not sufficiently trained, room issues upon arrival, New Year's Eve dinner was disorganized, small details like no radiator for drying clothes and jammed sink in the shower. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow our overall enjoyable experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and went beyond. The location was great, with a spectacular village and fantastic skiing opportunities nearby. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean, with excellent WiFi. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and down to earth. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the 6-course evening meal was a dream, with outstanding attention to detail. The facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were excellent, providing a relaxing experience after a day of skiing or hiking. The hotel even welcomed guests with a glass of prosecco during check-in. Moreover, the rooms had swing chairs on their terraces, adding an extra touch of comfort and relaxation.
One minor drawback was the lack of privacy in the restaurant, as the tables were a bit too close together, making it easy to overhear conversations from other tables.

The resort had stunning views and the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The convenient bus stop right outside the hotel made it easy to get to Ski juwel.
The pool and lounging area closed too early, and the availability of the masseuse was limited on certain days.
