The central location, spacious rooms, and excellent bathroom facilities with a balcony overlooking the mountains were fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of healthy and hearty choices. Some staff members not sufficiently trained, room issues upon arrival, New Year's Eve dinner was disorganized, small details like no radiator for drying clothes and jammed sink in the shower. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow our overall enjoyable experience.
